The Cobot Mounting Plate gives your Fairino cobot a solid, stable connection to the surface it works on. It is a square aluminium plate that sits between the cobot base and a table or profile frame, so the robot stays rigid during fast moves and heavier handling.
The plate is machined with three hole patterns. Counterbored through-holes let you bolt the plate down to the table, tapped holes take the bolts that fix the cobot base to the plate, and the locating-pin holes are milled out for precise, repeatable positioning. Because the tapped holes are arranged symmetrically, you can fix the cobot in any of four orientations, rotated in 90 degree steps, so the base connector faces whichever way suits your cell. The through-hole pattern is laid out on a 90 mm grid, so it lines up with standard profile tables.
Three sizes are available. The plate grows with the model range: the smallest fits the FR3 and FR5, the middle size covers FR3 up to FR16, and the largest fits all FR models. Each plate is made of aluminium for a strong, lightweight and corrosion-resistant base.
