A cobot only pays for itself when your own people can run it. That is what this training is for. You get an engineer from our team who works on Fairino robots every day, not a generic course from a slide deck. We have given more than 50 trainings since we started with Fairino, so most questions you have, someone has already asked.
Training happens in small groups. One to three people means everyone gets time on the pendant. Four to six works well when you want a whole shift or a maintenance team up to speed at once. We keep it hands on, on a real cobot, with your own parts and your own application if you bring them.
What we cover
You pick the mix. Most customers combine all three in a full day.
Programmazione
Teach points, build programs and run them, straight on the teach pendant and in the WebApp. Program structure, IO, grippers, coordinate systems, and how to write a program that someone else can still read next year.
Safe startup and operation
Daily use, safety around the robot and what to do when it stops. Safety settings, collision detection, speed and force limits, and how a risk assessment translates into settings on the robot.
Maintenance and troubleshooting
Preventive maintenance, reading error codes and fixing small issues yourself. What to check monthly, what wears, how to read the log, and when to call us instead.
Where
At our 400 m2 demo room and cobot experience center in Ieper, or on your own installation. Training in Ieper means you can try things on our robots without stopping production. Training on site means we work on your cell, with your tooling and your parts. Both work, it depends on what you want out of the day.
Languages: Dutch or English. Groups larger than six, or a program spread over several weeks, is possible. Pick the custom option and we will put something together.
Formats and pricing
- Per hour, 1 to 3 people: EUR 125 per hour
- Per hour, 4 to 6 people: EUR 200 per hour
- Full day of 8 hours, 1 to 3 people: EUR 1000
- Full day of 8 hours, 4 to 6 people: EUR 1600
- Two days of 16 hours, 1 to 3 people: EUR 2000
- Two days of 16 hours, 4 to 6 people: EUR 3200
- Custom program, bigger groups or several sessions spread over weeks: on request
All prices exclude VAT and apply to training at our location in Ieper. For training on your site we charge travel separately, just ask and we will tell you upfront what it comes to.
