The Fairino FR10 Force Bundle delivers a complete solution for force-sensitive automation tasks. It includes the FR10 collaborative robot with 10 kg payload and 1400 mm reach, paired with the GZCX six-axis force/torque sensor and the EPG40-050 electric parallel gripper. With both end-of-arm tools connected through a cable splitter and controlled via the included custom code file, operators gain simultaneous access to gripping and real-time force feedback.

The bundle comes with dedicated adapter plates for mounting the force sensor to the cobot flange and the gripper to the force sensor, ensuring quick and secure installation. This setup enables precise insertion, adaptive polishing, press-fit assembly, product testing, and other processes where force feedback and gripping need to work hand in hand. With Fairino’s intuitive software and hand-guiding, deployment is fast and straightforward.
