Fairino Smart Tool for FR-Series Cobots

The Fairino Smart Tool is an advanced operator interface that brings intuitive control directly to the production line. By allowing users to hand-guide the cobot and instantly record points or continuous paths, it streamlines programming for applications such as welding, gluing, painting, sealing, sandblasting, or polishing. Operators can quickly switch between Auto and Manual modes, undo or delete commands, and trigger end-effectors or macros via the dedicated I/O button.

With five assignable hotkeys (A–E), the Smart Tool adapts to specific workflows, reducing downtime and increasing flexibility. Its robust housing is built for daily industrial use, and the integrated status LED provides immediate visual feedback.
