Fairino FR3-WML – Extended Reach FR3 Collaborative Robot with ±360° Wrist Rotation

The Fairino FR3-WML is built on the FR3 collaborative robot architecture and is specifically configured to provide increased reach and extended wrist rotation.

While maintaining a 3 kg payload capacity, the FR3-WML expands the working envelope to 922 mm. This larger reach increases accessible workspace, enabling broader coverage within machine tending setups, assembly fixtures and automation cells.

The defining mechanical enhancement is the ±360° rotation capability of Wrist3. Compared to standard wrist configurations, this full-rotation capability allows:

• Greater end-effector orientation flexibility
• Reduced rotational constraints
• Improved cable management during continuous motion
• More efficient path planning in confined spaces

Pose repeatability remains specified at ±0.05 mm according to ISO 9283, ensuring high positional accuracy for precision-driven automation tasks.
