Vacuum Generator Kit

This complete vacuum generator kit gives Fairino cobots a reliable, ready-to-integrate vacuum supply for suction-cup and foam grippers. At its core is a Festo vacuum generator that turns compressed air into vacuum, without the need for a separate vacuum pump.

The kit is controlled through two Murr M8 three-pole cables with loose wire ends, so you can wire them straight into your cobot or PLC I/O. One cable switches the vacuum on, the other triggers the blow-off function that releases the workpiece quickly and cleanly. Integrated vacuum detection on the generator provides a feedback signal, so the cobot knows when a part is securely gripped.

Compressed air connects through a 6 mm push-in line, with a matching 6 mm outlet, and a 3 m compressed air hose is supplied with the kit. Everything you need to get the vacuum function running is included in one package.
