Modular cobot line for denim jeans production

This modular line automates the first steps of making a pair of denim jeans. It runs four modules today — three Fairino FR5 cobots and one FR10 — and is built to grow step by step.

• Inspection & positioning with cameras and position detection
• Assembly of the denim parts
• Sewing with a CNC sewing machine and a cobot moving in sync with it

This line produces one side of the trouser; a second, mirrored line makes the other side.
