The Dual Tool Adapter is designed to expand the capabilities of Fairino collaborative robots by allowing two tools to be mounted simultaneously on a single robot flange.
Instead of manually changing tooling or installing additional automation hardware, operators can switch between two end effectors by simply rotating the robot wrist to the required tool position. This reduces downtime and increases productivity in applications where multiple tools are required.
Manufactured from high-strength CNC-machined aluminium, the adapter provides a lightweight yet rigid solution that minimizes the impact on robot performance while maintaining excellent durability. The anodized finish ensures long-term resistance against wear and corrosion in industrial environments.
The adapter is suitable for combining vacuum grippers, electric grippers, pneumatic grippers, cameras, sensors, dispensing tools, screwdrivers, and custom end effectors.
